We would like to announce that Vietnam Maritime Services and Consultants and Norsta Asia Pte Ltd has signed the Agencyship Agreement for new product Intelligent Remote Control Rescue Bouy in territory of Vietnam.
The exclusive Distribution Agreement is made and entered into this 15 August 2019 by and between NORSTA ASIA PTE LTF with its principal place of business located at 39, Woodlands Close, #06-28, Singapore 737856 (the “Principal”) and Vietnam Maritime Services and Consultants Limited Company its head office principal place of business located at 19/654 Ngo Gia Tu, Group 16, Thanh To, Hai An, Hai Phong, Vietnam (the “Agent”) (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”)
